Nose: Delicate honeyed cream with light floral malt, wild fennel and complex sweetness.

Palate: Elegant, round, soft and gentle with dry oak vanilla, clean malt and creamy sweetness.

Finish: Long and creamy with a dry edge and slight peppery tone.
