All purchases constitute a binding contract between the purchaser and All Over Foods Ltd, trading as Rowies.Scot.

4. Payment Terms

We accept major payment methods, including credit/debit cards via Stripe and PayPal. Payments are processed securely. All applicable taxes or fees will be displayed during checkout.

5. Shipping Information

  • Orders are sent to the delivery address provided by the purchaser. We are not responsible for errors in postcodes or addresses.

  • No refunds will be issued for postage costs or goods affected by incorrect delivery details.

  • Customers must provide a valid email address and local contact telephone number.

  • Both sender and recipient are responsible for liaising with couriers and customs in the event of clearance delays or address queries.

  • While we aim to meet stated delivery dates, delays can occur—especially during peak seasons.

  • Orders placed after our published seasonal cut-off dates cannot be guaranteed for delivery before the requested occasion.

  • We accept no liability for perishable items delivered late. In warm weather, bakery items may be dispatched frozen with a confirmed eat-by date.

  • Perishable orders are non-refundable once dispatched, except where goods are faulty on receipt.

  • By placing an order, you authorise our couriers to leave goods at the delivery address if no one is available to sign. Risk passes to the customer once delivery is made.

6. International Deliveries & Import Restrictions

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all goods ordered comply with the import regulations of the destination country.

We are not responsible for orders delayed, seized, or destroyed by customs.

Any local customs fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

7. Customer Complaints

We aim to respond to all complaints within five working days. Please contact us promptly.

8. Quality Assurance & Temperature in Transit

  • All fresh foods are sent in insulated packaging to maintain quality.

  • We cannot guarantee temperature control once goods are in the possession of the courier.

  • All products meet UK food safety standards.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, such as extreme weather, pandemics, labour disputes, postal strikes, political changes, supply shortages, or customs delays.

10. Privacy Statement

We comply with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. We collect only necessary data, including name, address, email, phone number, and payment details. Sensitive data is only collected with your consent.

11. Stock Availability

if a listed product weight is unavailable, we may substitute an equivalent weight of the same product or similar item.

12. Returns and Refunds

  • Refunds are processed once returned goods are received.

  • Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

  • Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours with photographic evidence.

  • Refunds are not offered for fresh/perishable foods once dispatched, unless faulty.

13. Weather Delays

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by adverse weather. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.

14. Product Images & Descriptions

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Packaging and presentation may vary from those shown on the website.

15. Product Weight & Substitution

We reserve the right to replace product contents with items of equal or higher value or weight.

16. Age Restrictions

Alcohol can only be purchased by customers aged 18 or over (if offered as part of a hamper or product selection). Any orders breaching this will be cancelled.

17. Website Liability

We are not responsible for errors, omissions, or incidental damages arising from use of this site.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the goods in question.

18. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, they cannot be cancelled due to the perishable nature of goods. We may cancel orders if stock is unavailable or other issues arise.

20. Feedback and Reviews

We welcome customer reviews but reserve the right to remove offensive or inappropriate content.

21. Free Delivery

Free delivery applies to mainland UK only. Additional charges may apply for other areas.

22. Liability for Lost or Stolen Parcels

We are not responsible for parcels marked as delivered. Please ensure someone is available to accept delivery.

23. Gift Messages

We reserve the right to refuse printing of offensive or inappropriate gift messages.

24. Right to Refuse Service

We may refuse service or cancel orders if fraudulent activity or abusive behaviour is suspected.

27. Allergen Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to check allergen details before purchase.

Our bakery items are made in environments where allergens such as wheat, gluten, milk, eggs, nuts, and sesame are handled. While we take care to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that products are allergen-free.

We are not liable for allergic reactions.

30. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery cannot be completed due to recipient unavailability or refusal, perishable goods are non-refundable. Refunds for non-perishables are at our discretion.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to error or technical issue, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund payment before dispatch.
