Can I change my order, address or delivery details?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the change you need. We will check what is possible. Changes may be unavailable once packing or dispatch is under way.
Where can I find ingredients, allergens and dietary information?
Read the individual product information and always check the label supplied with your order, as recipes and manufacturing details can change. If an ingredient or allergen detail is missing, ask us before buying. Do not assume that every item in a collection or hamper has the same dietary suitability.
Can you help with corporate gifts or larger bakery orders?
Send an enquiry with the quantity, budget, preferred date, destination postcodes and dietary requirements. Let us know whether the gifts are going to one address or several, and whether you need a message or branded insert. We will confirm the available options before you commit.
