Gouda With Cumin Seeds

About Gouda With Cumin Seeds

Size - 250g

Creamy Connage Gouda with a light eastern flavour from the cumin seeds. Pasteurised, suitable for vegetarians

Connage Highland Dairy is a family run business the cumin seeds  established in 2006 by the Clark family at Ardersier, near Inverness in the Scottish Highlands.  Using traditional techniques and milk from our own cows, we make a range of delicious organic vegetarian cheeses.

We pride ourselves not only on our organic status but also the fact that our cows graze the fertile clover, misted with sea spray from the Moray Firth which gives their milk an extra special taste.  We are equally proud of our team of cheese-makers, all from the local community, who are dedicated to producing very best cheeses.

Animal welfare, taking care of the stunning environment surrounding the farm and ensuring sustainability are just as important as the quality of the cheese we make and the customer satisfaction which we constantly strive to deliver.
