Serving & pairing

Serve with Scottish oatcakes and savoury biscuits, chutney or preserves, and contrast it with firmer cheeses from our Scottish cheese collection. For more soft cheese, browse our brie collection.

How should I store Clava Brie?

Keep refrigerated and follow the use-by and storage guidance printed on the packaging. For serving, allow the cheese to lose some of its chill shortly before eating for a fuller flavour and softer texture.
