All purchases form a contract between the purchaser and All Over Foods Ltd, trading as Online Cheesemonger, The Scottish Store, Buy Haggis, or Rowies Online.

3. Shipping Information
• Orders are dispatched to the delivery address provided. We are not responsible for errors in addresses or postcodes given by the purchaser.
• Email and local contact phone numbers (preferably mobile) for the recipient must be provided.
• Delivery delays due to incorrect addresses, customs clearance, or rearranged delivery dates are not our responsibility.
• Perishable goods are dispatched in insulated packaging; refunds are not available for perishable items once delivery attempts have been made.
• Haggis may be dispatched frozen during warmer weather, and a note will indicate the eat-by date.

5. Quality of Goods
All fresh foods, including MacSween Haggis, are dispatched in insulated packaging to ensure freshness and comply with UK legislation standards.
6. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures in shipping caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather, compliance with laws, acts of God, wars, or labor disputes.

8. Stock Levels
Equivalent weights of haggis may be sent if the advertised weights are out of stock.

• Due to Brexit regulations, deliveries are restricted to the UK Mainland.
• Natural-skinned haggis cannot be shipped outside the UK.
• The recipient is responsible for customs clearance and any local taxes or charges.
10. Returned Goods/Refunds
• Refunds require the return of goods, with return postage costs borne by the customer.
• Photographic evidence of damaged goods must be provided within 24 hours of receipt.
• Fresh food items are not eligible for refunds.
11. Weather Conditions
We are not liable for delays caused by bad weather. Refunds for goods or shipping charges are not available under these circumstances.
12. Orders for Chieftain/Ceremonial Haggis
Allow 3 extra days for shipping outside December and January, as these are made to order.
13. Hampers
Hamper contents may be substituted with items of equal or greater value if necessary.

• Alcoholic products can only be ordered by and delivered to individuals aged 18 or over.
• Orders may be canceled if the buyer does not meet the legal age requirements.
